Learn ways your front desk staff can encourage growth and affect the bottom line. This class will go beyond basic appointment booking and ringing up sales. 02. Appointment Book Essentials

This class has been designed to cover the more powerful aspects of Millennium’s appointment book. You will cover key aspects including appointment types and employee classifications to some more advanced topics such as cross-selling/up-selling and missed opportunity tracking. Leave this class with an action plan to improve how you use Millennium to manage daily operations.

03. The Service Expert - Impact on Profit

Increasing the frequency of visit (FOV) per client can have a momentous impact on growth!  Millennium’s 2008 release introduced a variety of new features that will impact this critical key to success.  Some of the these features include memberships, pre-booking options, and new reports.  This class will give you the clues you need to solve the mystery behind improved frequency of visit.

08. Tips and Tricks

This will be a fun class that will cover a variety of tips, tricks, and shortcuts within Millennium. These time-saving techniques will increase your ability to navigate through the interface.

09. Communicating Effectively With Your Clients

Understand the powerful importance of effective client communication for your business, Learn and understand how to define your business target market, weather it’s by your brand image, advertising, marketing material, or how your team individually communicate and respond to clients needs. Do all the team understand the value of building and nurturing professional client relationships? 10. Millennium.NET: Not Just On-Line Booking
Presented by Paul Watson
Millennium.NET is known as a powerful online booking engine, but from an employee and management perspective… its so much more! This class will explore all options relative to Millennium.NET including online booking, employee & management tools, as well as distributor access.

11. Operation: Get Control – Security, Backup and Alerts
Presented by Tony Tremain
This class will cover proper ways to set up security groups, create user logins, and set your feature restrictions correctly. Millennium’s ProActive alerts automatically take action to notify when specific events take place. You will also learn how to back up your data live while you are still in Millennium throughout the day.

12. Mission: Build Client Loyalty
Presented by John Harms
Client loyalty is one of the keys to growing any service business as it leads to higher frequency of visit, referrals, better retention, and growth. Millennium’s point system uses the key growth indicators as its focal point while allowing you to build a system that encourages clients to spend more, visit you more often, and refer other clients. Learn how to define, accumulate, and redeem loyalty points.

13. Operation: Control Inventory
Presented by Tony Tremain
Do you want to increase your profits? A large portion of your assets rests in your inventory. This class will help you understand the theory behind inventory management within Millennium including FIFO, average cost, and inventory turns.

14. Periodic Reporting Strategy
Presented by Lee Harper
What reports are you currently running on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis? Reviewing specific activities with your front desk and service team can help ensure consistency throughout all aspects of your business. Reviewing reports quarterly and annually allows you to make timely adjustments to ensure objectives are being met. The new report scheduling service will be briefly reviewed to support periodic reporting management.

15. Managing With a Mission

To help enhance your ability to lead, manage and develop your business through your team, in the belief that better people leads to better Business! Understand what makes an effective manager; clearly understand what the role of a manager means and the differences between management and leadership, helping you further succeed, improving individual performance and profits. This year Millennium Software will be donating 10% of the proceeds to Make-A-Wish foundation. They have a very simple objective - to grant magical wishes to children and young people fighting life-threatening illnesses.


Your company has the option to donate to Make-A-Wish foundation as well!  We will be collecting all donations throughout the conference so feel free to talk to any Millennium organiser about donating.
