Head office
Our UK base is located in the South West of England and provides a contemporary 7,000 sq ft building housing the UK helpdesk, training centre and technical workshop. Harms Software’s International base is located in New Jersey, USA. Both UK and USA helpdesk are accessible throughout the day and night working closely with each other to resolve customers technical questions.
Founded
Harms Software Inc was founded in 1986 by John Harms. The first commercial product release was "Salon Solutions" and provided the initial customer base and platform for Millennium™. Today the company produces revenue in excess of £8 million per annum with over 12,000 customers worldwide. Expansion into the UK is far more recent and began in March 2005 via a partnership with PH
Group UK Ltd who themselves have had over 20 years experience in the Hair & Beauty industry.
